MEMORANDUM Atl0 ORDER On April 10, 1973, the Director of Regulation published in the Federal Register (38 F.R. 9105) a " Determination To Rescind Suspension of Construction Activities" in the instant matter.
That document advised that "[a]ny person whose interest may be affected... may file a request for a hearing on or before May 11, 1973." On May 2, 1973, such a request was received from Citizens for a Safe Environment and the Environmental Coali tion on Nuc1 car Pc'..ur, joint intervenors in the ongoing licensing proceeding for Three f tile Island !!uclear Sta tion, Uni t 1.
Answers to the request have been filed by applicant and the AEC regulatory staff.

authority to rule on the instant request, and to conduct any hearings which may ensue, to atomic safety and licensing boards to be designated by the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, it is so ORDERED.
