TRACK N0. H0 0735 F1 It has been noted that the above AITS has been closed out by a r:emo to H. D. Thomourg with a draf t letter enclosed for D. F. Knuth's signature, requesting additional testing to be done before the final resolution can be accepted.
There appears to be two pmbless w1th the close out. They are as follows:
- 1. The AITS should not have been closed out as the item has not been resolved to your (Region I) satisfaction.
- 2. The letter to the licensee should be frce the Region and rat frcra D. F. Knuth.
Once the CDR is transferred to the Region via AITS it becomes the responsibility of the Region to obtain a resolution

need Headquarters assistance we are here for that purpose otherwise it is a Regional responsibility.
In conjunction with this the rescrt en construction deficiencies in the near future will be coming direct frorn the licensees to the Region with acpies to Headquarters for distribution. This has been changed in Reg. Guide 10.1 Item No. 46. to reflect the above. Along with this change the Regulations are being revised in the same manner and snould be affective in the very near future.
The above referenced Track item Nos H0 0735 Fl is being retumed along with the letter to the licensee for regional action.
