The Final Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement was prepared in accordance with the statement of general policy and procedure on implementation of the flational Envirormental Policy Act of 1959, as set forth in the Co-nission's regulations,10 CFR Part 51. The Final Supplemental Statecent includes a discussion of problems and objections raised by Federal, State, and local agencies cr officials and private organizations and individuals and the disposition thereof.
