COMMISSION PAPER ON PROCESSING F0IA REQUESTS RELATING TO THREE-MILE ISLAND UNIT 2 In general, we concur in the draft Comission Infomation Paper transmitted by your memorandum cf April 10, 1979. As a matter of record, however, we wish to state that we cannot provide the accession-numbered documents and the title lists promised in paragraph 1 of the discussion before June 1.
This delay is not centioned in the paper.
We can, however, on a few days notice reproduce the files without accresion numbers and without a title list to accomplish the requirements of paragraph 2; that is, provide new sets of the documents to the PDR, LPDR and others as needed.
Please let us know when you will be needing the copied sets of documents, how many sets to make, and to whom they should be delivered.
