20555 Gentlemen:
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Marin, State of Cali fornia, at its meeting on April 3,1979 discussed the hazardous condi tions resulting from the nuclear power plant incident at the 3 Mile island Plant in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
They urge that all nuclear power plants i n California be shut down or remain cloted until such time as the safety of these plants has been conclusively established.
A copy of the Resolution is attached.
