Provide acceptance criteria in the test abstract for TP 330/5 for the time far full insertion of the control rods

Yo'.r response should identify the postulated accident and trenslent event that establish the minimum allowable full insertion times for the control rods following receipt of a scram signal. Your response should also include charts of the scram reactivity curves (normalized worth as a function of time) that were utilized in the analyses of these events.
