At the prehearing conference in this proceeding conducted in f
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on May 22, 1975, it was reported to the Li-censing Board that counsel for the Nuclear Regulatory Staff, Applicants and Petitioners Hellrich, et al., had met on May 21, and reached certain agreements related to the Hellrich, et al., petition for leave to intervene.
The agreements were described to the Board on the record (Tr. 7-_11).
In accordance with the Board's request (Tr.19-20) that the pa' ties r
s formalize the agreement and submit it in written form for the Board's i
approval, enclosed are copies of a document entitled " Stipulation Concerning Intervention Petition of Hellrich, et a.", dated June 5,1975, and executed l
by counsel for Staff, Applicants and Petitioners Hellrich, et al.
