50-320 13.7 Industrial Si urity The applicant has sub=itted a comprehensive physical recurity plan for the protection of the plant against potential acts of industrial sabotage. The plan applies to Unit 1 as well as Unit 2, and has been withheld f ro= public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2. 790 (d).
We have reviewed this document, entitled, Three Mile Island Industrial Security Program, through Revision 9 dated July 15, 1975.
We find that it complies with the Co==ission's regulat_ons including 10 CFR 50.34(c) and lv CFR 73.40, is in substantial confor=ance with the positions set forth in Regulatory Guide 1.17 of June 1973, and is acceptable.
