In respcase to your me=o of April 29, 1975, we will review the applicant's evaluntion of the consequences of cuuguent and equipacnt f ailures in the centainnent penetratica pressurization and fluid block syste=s on the contaimmt isolation function. It is therefore necessary that the applicant be advised to submit such an evaluation. Also, we vill review the desi;;ns of these systems caly insofar as they interface with the containmt isolation system; i.e., to ascertain that the coeponent and equipment designs are cc::rpatible with the ecutainment isolation provisions.
