The discovery schedule agreed upon between the Applicants, the Nuclear Regu-latory Commission Staff and Intervenors Citizens for a Safe Environment / York Committee for a Safe Environment provided that the last day for discovery re-quests with respect to safety issues will be 30 days after issuance of the Staff's Safety Evaluatior Report for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (Tr. 53-55, May 22,1976 Prehearing Conference). No: ce of availability of this Safetf Evaluation appeared in the Federal Recister on September 27 (41 F.R. 42248). ^ Consistent with this agreed-upon schedule, enclosed are "NRC Staff's Interro-gatories and Request for_ Production of Documents by Intervenors Citizens for a Safety Environment / York Committee for a Safe Environment".
