7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY CCMMISSION DCCXET NO. 50-320 METRCPOLITAN EDISON COMPANY JERSEY CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT CCMPANY PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC CCMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENOMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued knendnent No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-73, issued to Metropolitan Edison c.ompany, Jersey Central Power and Light Company, and Pennsylvania Electric Company, which revised Tech-nical Specifications for operation of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The amendmer.t is effective as of its date of issuance.
The snendment deletes an environmental condition in the license reouiring detailed program description of the creel survey comparison of ichthyoplankton samplir7 gear, aerial remote sensing, and NRC non-routine requirements which has been met.
D' makes a minor administrative change in the Appendix B techn..al specification.
The applicaticr; for the snendment comply with the standards ano requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Carmission's rules and regulations.

will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR-I Sl.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement, or negative declaration and enviromnental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this ener.dment.
