In addition ts the chanse of evnership, we also discussad present scheduling regarding AC2S meeting. I indicated that the present plans call for a July AC25 r.esting and principally because of the require-neat to get all the consultants' reports together and to allow ademate tina for a nanagement review prior to cc:xpiation of our reecrt.

At this time va started discussing the possibility of an exemption.

It is presently expected that Metrpolitan Edison vill film a request for an aze:sption this vest s4=f1=v in nature to that requested on Unit :lo.1.

I generally cart f ami the censiderations far the hearing; nanaly, quality assuranca, site acceptability and no oWious probim** on the desi;n. In particular I stressed that the extent of the exewstion should be independent of the tendon design presently nMar review; i.e., grouted or angroeted.
