DOCKET NUMBER 50-320 THREE MILE ISLA'!D NUCI. EAR STATION LGIT 2 SECOND-ROUND QUALITY ASSURA'TCE QUESTIONS We have received the second-round questions on cuality assurance transmitted with your letter of March 25, 1975.
h'e see no dif ficulty in teeting the May 23, 1975 response date.
However, we have an amendment planned for May 30, 1975 and have made cocmitments to the Ccemission for that date.
Since that date is only a week later than May 23, we would prefer to include responses to the quality assurance cuestions in the May 30 amendment.
Please let us know if this arrangement is not acceptable.
