L. Price Lou Roddis called to say that the plant now planned as Oyster Creek Unit =2 will become the 11et. Ed.

3 11ile Island Unit =2.

He said that it appeared not possible to finish the plant at Oyster Creek by 1973.

A second unit at Oyster Creek will be planned for 1975.

A public announcement will be made next week.

Lou informed Chairman Seaborg by phone today.
