ORDER TERMINATING JUNIATA TRANSMISSION LINE PROCEEDINGS By a Determination to Rescind Suspension of Con-struction Activities, 38 Fed. Reg. 9105 (April 10, 1973),

the Director of Regulation determined that off-site t.

construction activities of the Juniata transmission line should no longer be suspended.

The Determination provided that the filing of a request for hearing on the determina-tion would stay the effectiveness of the order rescinding

suspension pending appropriate disposition of the request.

By an Order dated August 13, 1973, the Licensing Board determined that a hearing would be held to consider matters raised by Citizens for a Safe Environment and the Environ-mental Coalition on Nuclear Power (Intervenors).

Intervenors have now announced,their withdrawal from these proceedings.
