Notice of receipt of the application was published in the Federal Register on May 23,1974 (39 F.R.18497). Notice of availability of the apolicants' Enviror. mental Report dated December 10, 1971 was published in the Federal Recister on June 24, 1972.
The Environmental Report Supplement 2, Ocerating License Stage, ucdates the discussion of environmental considerations related to the operation of the procosed facility set forth in the Environmental Recort dated December 10, 1971, as snended, and indicates the results of cngoing meni toring crograms. Upon consideration of ccanents submitted with respect to the draft envircr. mental statement, the staff will precare a final envircrmental statanent, the availability of which will be published in the Federal Recistar.
