=eteoro]ogical instrunentation, may occur at this site and Regulatory Guide 1.23. states that tha seteorolo-gical progra: is to be maintained to ainimice entendel periods of instrument outage, provida a discussion of the amount of time required to restore the data collection capability of the operational onsite =eteorological system in the event that the systen is partially or totally impaired and, if totally inpaired, any pro-visions and estinates of ti=e required to obtain !ata from an alternate source.

32.1.03 An inspection of the meteorological tower at the s_:e by the staff indicates that the vind nessuring equip-ment located at the 100-foot above ground level (AGL) should be relocated to conform with the recon =endations of Regulatorv Guide 1.23.

Provide information concet-ning plans to either relocate the existing vind seasuring equipment to (or add additional wind measuring equipment at) a level on the tower 10 neters (33-feet) above the level of the dike or the trees on the north end of the island; uhichever is highest.

32.1'.04 Provide
