NRC STAFF MOTION REGA BING ORCER OF PRESENTATION OF TESTIMCNY IN P SPONSE TO CONTENTIONS AND RESPONSES TO SCARD CUEST!ONS The NRC Staff (Staff) moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) to approve and adopt the folicwing order for presentation of testimony and responses to Licensing Board Questions for the hearing in this proceeding scheduled to cnvene April 5,1977.
This order of presentation has been discussed with and agreed to by Karin Carter on behalf of the Cormonwealth of Pennsylvania, George Trowbridge on behalf of the Applicant and the undersigned on behalf of the NRC Staff.
Dr. Kepford was contacted, but did not indicate plans to present a direct case. Staff counsel made subsequent attempts to contact Dr.
Kepford to determine his views on the order for presentation agreed to by t.he other parties, but has been unable to reach him by tel er,ho ne.
