The discovery schedule agreed upon betwocu the Applicants, the Nuclear Regulatory Ccmmisciun Staff and Intervenors Citizens for a Safe Environ-ment /Ycrh Committcc for a Safe Environment provided that the last day for discovery rcquests with respect to environmental issues will be 30 days after insuance of the Staff's Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement (Tr 53-55, Ma f 22, 1976 Prehearing Conference). I!otice of availability of this Draft Supplement appeared in the Federal Renister en July 29,197 5 (41 F.R. 31623).
Consistent with this agreed-upon schedule, enclosed are "NRC Staff's Inter-rogatcries and Ree,ucut for Production of Documents by Int < rvenors Citizens for a Safe Environment / York Ccn mittee for a Safe Environ.ent". Since the agrt.ed-upon schedule with a response period of 45 day has not been adopted by the Licensing Board, respenses to these discovery requests shou.d be filed in accordance with the 14-day and 30-day periods of the 1
