The applicants have colected as a new site for the reactor the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and have re-designated the reacter as t!:e Ihree Mile Ialar.d N'.1 clear Station Unit 2.

A copy of Anendnent No. 6 is attached, including Volunea 1 throu;;h 4 of the Prelishary Safety Analyais Repcrt for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 2, These docunents supersede those for C7 ster Creek Unit 2 proviously sent to you with my nenorandun of May 2,1963.

Please review the application and provide Mr. C. A. Lovejoy, Cffice of the Controller, with you-cocesents as to the reasona.dleness of the applicants' estimates of the construction costs. Please send us a copy of your cc:c=ents and return the attached documents when they have served your purpose.
