Dear Sir,
s As intervenors in the license henrings for Three Mile Island Unit 2 and as joir.t petitioners with the Public Interest Reccarch Group on adequate physiccl safeguard systens, we are at a loss to understand why wo were not notified of the A.C.R.S. Subconnittee ncetings to be held on Septenber 23 and 24 at the Quclity Inn in l'arrisburg. To our knowledge, the York Co=ittee for a Safe Enviro =ent has not been notified either.
From the announcenent in the local paper, neither the purpose of the nectings nor the agenda is clear to us.
In vie. of the failure of the A.C.R.S or the U.R.C to noii'/ us c. ' the meetinss, we request a delay in the teetings, until such tine as we recieve information rescrdhg the purpose and agenda and adequate time to be represented.
At a nini.=, we request that a transcript of the teetings be sent to us and ti.c be providei for us to su'enit cements for record.
