The subject inspection report is forwarded for info .ation.
The inspection was ccMucted of the MPR/GPU audit of B&W, Canada
Limited. The irispector was informed that a Code Cc==ittea sur-ey
is planned in the near future.
Several deficiencies were identified
relative to impic=entation of the QA program. These items are being
=aintained as unresolved items pending a review of the corrective

actions obtained by the licensee (Metropolitan Edison, Three Mile
Island Unit 2).
It is requested that the vendor docket nu=ber list be modified to
include E&W, Canada Limited, under the pu=p =anufacturer list ng.
