dated April 22, 1968 and May 22, 1968, respectively, for authorizstion to construct and operate a pressurized water nuclear reactor en the appli-cant's approxi=ately 800-acre Oyster Creek site located in Lacey Tcvnship, Ocean County, New Jersey, approximately two =iles scuth of the ca:= unity of Forked River.
The proposed reactor, designated by the applicant as the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 2, vill be located adjacent to the existing Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Statica Unit No.1.
Unit No. 2 is designed for initial operation at approxi=ately 2k52 ther=al =egawatts
