This a=end ent is the Final Safety Analysis Report and is intended to replace in their entirety the Preliminary Safetf Analysis Report in-cluding Amend ents 1 to 12 and information transnitted to the Division of Reactor Licensing by letter.
There is also enclosed one signed copy of 2 Certificate of Service cf Amend ent No. 13 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the f acility is to be located.
There is also enclosed a list of questions which cannot be answered within 30 days after filing. A date is given stating when each cuestion will be answered.
