To this end, the Appeal 3 card charged the NRC Staff with responsibility for servine. un.en each. carry to dis prcceeding copies of the Perkins record on de raden issue when dat record was closed.

Further, it ordered -hat the record shall+be deered aunc=atically reopened in dis prcceeding fcr the receipt of the Perkins record evidence.
