1991 - 2010 - Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office o Federal Project Director, Materials and Fuels Complex Decontamination and Decommissioning project manager for the $63M Deactivation and Demolition project managed the planning, characterization, deactivation, decontamination, demolition, and site restoration of a sodium fast reactor o Project Manager, Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP) project manager for the PEIS for the GNEP program interfaced with 6 different national laboratories,13 potential sites, and 4 DOE-HQ programs for development of the GNEP program managed the NEPA Scoping meetings and Draft EIS Public meetings o Project Manager, Waste Area Group 7 managed the Waste Area Group 7 CERCLA cleanup at the Radioactive Waste Management Complex developed the $125M Accelerated Retrieval Project for retrieval, packaging, analysis and shipment of transuranic waste o Manager, Water Integration Project led a team of experts in establishing and leading a project to integrate the Surface Water, Vadose Zone, and Groundwater Activities across the Idaho National Laboratory o Facility Engineer, Test Reactor Area (TRA) primary responsibility at the TRA for nuclear Safety Analysis Reports (SAR),
