The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated July 23, 2019, transmitting the Maine Proposed Regulations to RATS IDs 2011-1, 2012-2, 2012-3, 2012-4, 2013-2, 2015-1, 2015-2, 2015-3, 2015-4, 2015-5, 2018-1, and 2018-2. John Miller and Monica Ford will perform the review, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
