- Receipt of Arizona Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2015-1, 2015-2, 2015-3, 2015-4, and 2015-5; Revised Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2011-1, 2011-2, 2012-1, 2012-3, 2012-4; and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID Mr. Goretzki, I was brought to my attention that my previous acceptance e-mail was inaccurate. I am resending a corrected message to ensure the official record is correct.
The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your e-mail dated July 16, 2019, transmitting the Arizona Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2015-1, 2015-2, 2015-3, 2015-4, and 2015-5 and Revised Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2011-1, 2011-2, 2012-1, 2012-3, 2012-4; and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID I will perform the review and it is my goal to complete the review within 60 days.
