2 son Page 2 of 2 Poges U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XB001056 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tien to those otherwise required, of the Shipper ls Export Declaration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-company ce be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:
"This :hipment is being mode pursuant to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped bolcnce rernaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declarction.'
Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the materiol.
Conditien 4 - The meterial to be exported under this license shcIl be shipped in accordence with the physical protection secuireraents for specici nuclecr material in 10 CFR 73.
Conc,ition 5 - Special nuclecr material authorized for export under thb license shcIl not be transported outside the United States m pcssenger ccrrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutoniem or uranium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This license cuthorizes export only end does not authorize the receipt, physical possession, or use of the r.uclear materiol.
Condition 7 - The licensee shcIl complete and submit en NRC Form 741 for ecch shipment of source meterici exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shall cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the de:igno.
tion of the company who will package the nuc! eor metenal to be exported under this license, or any chcnge ir, the location of the packaging operatica, at lecst three weeks prior to the scheduled date or expert.
