Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954,as amended,the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amenAd, and Title 10, Code of Federal Re 1alations, Chapter 1, Part 71, and in reliance on statements and representations beretofore made in Item 5 tr/ the person named in Item 2,the Quality Assurance Prosram identified in item 5 is hereby approved. Activities conducted under applicable criteria of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71 to be executed with regard to transportation packages by October 1,1979.

The shipping activities authori' zed by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrica*.icn, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisficd by obtaining certifi-cations from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an IRC-cpproved Q1 program.
It shall remain the responsibility of th^
k licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR {71.51.
