Dear Dr. Lenton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications relating to core monitoring, core flooding and cooling system operability requirements for assuring the safe conduct of refueling opera-tions under various plant conditions.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
