ORDER REQUESTING A STATUS REPORT ON PROPOSED STIPULATIONS On May 22, 1979, a special prehearing conference was held to consider Petitions to Intervene from Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation (CFUR), Citizens Association for Sound Energy (CASE),
and Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN)/
West Texas Legal Services (WTLS).
The P1ard issued an order on June 27, 1979, admitting CFUR, CASE and ACORN based on " interest" and a joint contention for all parties (restated by the Board) relating to Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
The State of Texas was admitted as an interested State under 10 CFR 9 2.715(c).
Since that date the parties have been meeting and corres-ponding in an effort to stipulate the validity and language of-other contentions.
Considerable time has elapsed in this effort.
