In response to your letter of November 6,1979, to Mr. Samuel Chilk, we did receive both of your comments on the Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS) on Uranium Milling and the associated rule changes.
Those comments, as well as all other coments on the GEIS, are publicly available in the Project M-25 file in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. 20555.
All documents in the PDR may be inspected on the premise and copied at a cost of 8c per page.

The transcripts from the two public meetings in Denver and Albuquerque have been placed in several Federal depositories as shown on the enclosed list.
However, these are just the oral comments made at the public meetings and not the written comments made to the Commission.
Written comments will be reprinted in the final GEIS for convenience.
The present completion schedule for the GEIS on uranium milling is August with a final rulemaking sometime soon thereafter.
As a commentor on the GE!.S you will receive a courtesy copy when it is published.
