8094 We have reviewed IE Bulletin 79-25 on the subject of " Failures of Westinghouse BFD Relays in Safety-Related Systems" and conducted an investigation to determine whether destinghouse type EFD/3BFD relays are being used or planned for use in the safety systems at the Midland Plant. Through our investigation, we have determined that there are no Westinghouse BFD/N3FD relays utilized or planned for use in safety-related systems at the Midland Plant.
