Enclosed is Philadelphia Electric C omp any 's upgraded Ener?,ency Plan for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station as requestad in y ou r letter of October 10, 1979.
The January 16, 1930, submittal date is in accordance with a verbal agreement with the NRC to submit ou r plan by this date.
I want to emphasize that this Emergency Plan is presently in draft form.
Additions and revisions will continue to be made as more inf orna ti on is received concerning the NRC's intent for emergency planning.
Ne continue to work with State and County officials in Pennsylvania and ?!aryland as their plans are developed.
Appropriate parts of their plans will be incorp ora ted into ours as they become available.
