Pursuant to your telephone request of November 7,1979, I am forwarding the attached documants to you: (1) Construction Permit Nos. 81 and 82 with amendments, at (2) Modified Adjudicatory Procedures, dated November 5,1979 which concern interim mooifications and suspensions of the issuance of licenses.
