SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - CABLE TERMINATIONS IN JUNCTION BOXES INSIDE CONTAINMENT - NCR'S EEB 79-7 AND 9P - SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE The subject nonconformances were initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector W. T. Cottle on June 15,1979 (NCR EEE 79-7), and August 31, 1979 (NCR 9P).
Enclosed is supplemental information on these nonconformances.
An identical nonconformance is addressed for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant by NCR EES 79-8.
