Millstone Unit No. 3 Geological Fault Data - Circulating and Service Water Pump House We are hereby submitting for your information, the data requested by your Mr. H. LeFevre at a meeting held on November 15, 1979 at Millstone pertaining to faulting in the circt lating and service water pump house excavation.
The data included in this submittal consists of:
1.
A site map showing location of all faults found at the site.
2.
A description of faults found on site listing displacement, description of fault, etc.
3.
A detailed map of the pump house excavation showing faults, slicken sides, and igneous instrusions.
4.
A description of faulting in the pump house.
