LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION'S FIRST REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT REQUEST:
All documents identified by SMUD in its responses to the " California Energy Commission's First Set of Inter-rogatories to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District,"
dated November 15, 1979.
RESPONSE
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 2. 741(d), Licensee hereby responds tc this request by stating that documents in the possession, custody, or control of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, and the identity of which is requested in
" California Energy Commission's First Set of Interrogatories to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District," will be made available to the California Energy Commission for inspection and copying in the following manner.
The requested documents will be made available in the offices of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, 6201 S Street, Sacramento, California.
Licensee objects to 1743 267 gd@lk
- s. California Energy Commission's document production request to the extent that it seeks the production of documents at Cali-fornia Energy Commission offices.
The documents will be made available during District business hours (or such other mutually agreed upon time) in a conference room set aside for that purpose.
Appointments to inspect the documents may be arranged by telephoning Robert A. Dieterich or Jan E.
Schori, at 452-3211, at least 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> before the requested inspection.
Licensee will main-tain the requested documents assembled in this conference room, available for inspection by the California Energy Commission, for a reasonable time (i.e., until January 17, 1979), after which they will be returned to.their place of origin.
Inspected documents which California Energy Commission wishes to have copied will be reproduced by the District on a schedule compatible with other demands for District dupli-cating equipment.
A District employee will be available during the inspection in order to receive any requests for copying.
Copies of such selected documents will then be furnished to California Energy Commission upon payment of six cents per page, the District's cost of reproduction.
