Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Please find enclosed eight '8) copies of drawings No. C001-4-9119, Revision D, Seven (7) sheets, which srpercede the previously issued drawing No. C001-4-0119, Revision C, six sheets.
The addi-tional sheet has been added to show the placement of security lid seals, lift lug cover attachments, signs, and canvas rain cover tie down attachments.
These attachments in no way affect the integrity of the cask and therefore do not affect the safety analysis report.
Your cooperation in expediting the review of this amendment is greatly appreciated.
