Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Operating License Appl.ication Submittal Date In view of a commercial operation date of May,1986, with the option of a May, 1984 commercial operation date foreclosed, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) will submit an operating license application to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in November of 1982.
This application date is based on recommendations discussed during an NRC-management meeting on December 13, 1978 during which Mr. W. G. Counsil, Vice President; and Dr. J. P. Cagnetta, Director of Nuclear and Environmental Engineering; met with Olan Parr, Chief LWR Branch No. 3.
It was again confirmed to be appropriate during a telephone conversation between Mr. J. R. Himmelwright, Licensing Engineer, and Olan Parr on December 26, 1979.
