The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, maintenance, repair, and use. All other sMpping activities (i.e.,
design, fabrication, assembly, testing, ant. modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifications froc, package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an NRC-approved QA pregram.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
