In regard to the existing Condition 6 of the Certificate of Compliance, please provide additional information c'oncerning the containment of the radioactive material.
Material other than intact clad fuel should be leak tested in accordance with Regulatory Guide 7.4 for packages prior to first use.
Eight copies of your application should be provided.
In addition, the renewal fee prescribed in 10 CFR !il70.31 should be included with your request for renewal of the Certificate.
