ORDER TO INTERVENOR BRETT BURSEY On November 29, 1979 Applicant, South Carolina Gas and Electric Co.,
filed Applicant's Motion For Dismissal Of Intervenor Brett Bursey and Intervenor's Contentions.
Any answer by Mr. Bursey to the motion was due December 11, 1979, but no enswer has been filed.
Because of his silence, and for the reasons set forth in the Applicant's motion and the Staff's response to the motion dated December 17, it appears that Mr. Bursey may no longer wish to pursue his intervention in this proceeding.
The board wants to be informed specifically concerning his intentions.
Therefore Mr. Bursey is directed to answer the Applicant's motion for dismissal dated November 29, 1979 and to address the considerations set forth in the Staff's response to Applicant's motion dated December 17, 1979.
