Dear George:
The anniversary of the D0R contract, NRC-03-78-135, was September 28, 1979. As you know, a progress report is due fifteen (15) days after the last day of each quarter.
That would be Saturday, October 13, so the next working day (Monday, October 15) should be your target.
The contract also calls for semi-annual briefings.
Please start the review process by deciding, with the help of your principals, whether we shculd hold it in St. Louis or Bethesda.
Let me know as soon as you can what we should plan on and when.
