Areas Inspected:
Measurement Control Progrun, Inventory Reconciliation and Records and Reports.
The inspection involved 68 inspection hours onsite by two NRC inspctors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the three r.reas examined during the inspection except for the following item:

The licensee's procedure for determining the systematic error for the amperometric titration of plutonium and for determining the measurement bias will remain an unresolved item pending revision by the licensee of their Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP).
