Dear Mr. Reid:
The Sacramento Municipal Utility District forwards the final Auxiliary Feedwater System Reliability Analysis for Rancho Seco Unit 40. I as attachment I to this letter. A draf t copy of this analysis was forwarded by the District in a letter dated September 17, 1979. The B&W generic analysis will be forwarded separately.
In the District's letter of November 19, 1979 we requested that the NRC Staff define items whicn they consider to be outstanding with respect to the Ranche Seco Auxiliary Feedwater System. The staff covered those items at a meeting in Bethesda, Maryland on November 29, 1979. Attachment 2 to this letter addresses those outstanding items.
