Shea Review Branch: Plant Systems Status: Ser issued, evaluation of incomplete items is on-going As we discussed on November 20, 1979, the completion of our Evaluation of the fire protection program at this facility has been delayed because (1) the licensee has not provided the information we require to complete this review, (2) we are preparing an order to shutdown the facility until the liquefaction issue is resolved, and (3) we expect the facility to be shutdown for an extended period. We will not resume this evaluation until the licensee provides the required infonnation.
We suggest the order include a requirement that all fire protection modifications be implemented before the end of the proposed shutdown period.
