JAMES A. FITZPATRICK SAFETY EVALUATION OF PROPOSED DESIGN MODIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGES RE: DEGRADED GRID VOLTAGE (TAC 11821)
In accordance with your request per TAC 11821, enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch's Safety Evaluation Report pertaining to the James A. Fitzpatrick, Docket No. 50-333. degraded grid voltage protection system.
In addition, we will be reviewing the licensee's submittals in response to our generic letter of August 8,1979, regarding adequa:y of station electric distribution systems voltages and will provide a separate Safety Evaluation Report at a later date.
