We have reviewed the subject bulletin and have determined that the generator and excitation transformer do not have a common neutral.

The excitation trans-former neutral is allowed to float with respect to the generator neutral.

LP&L will conduct the testing required by thic bulletin prior to Hot Functional Testing.
